Helen Keller PTA has a number of ways that we make
money during the school year.
1: We have TWO MAJOR Fundraisers during the school year.
2: We collect money from things that you do anyway .... however, for this to work, you just have to make a little effort to register with the company .... they do the rest .... we get the money, it couldn't be simpler!

Note regarding the FREE MONEY Programs
Corporate Matching Funds
First of all, a very big thank you! We
appreciate that you took the time to sign up for
these programs. Last year we noticed a drop in
the revenue we made from these companies. We
think it may be due to the fact that Credit/Debit
card numbers have changed and these details have not
been changed with the companies. We would appreciate
it, if you could double check the details of these
accounts to make sure you are still registered.
Don't forget to tell your friends and family members about these programs. It's little effort, but makes such a difference.

Believe Kids
sales run in the fall. Their catalogues have
wonderful items for your own personal use or to give
as gifts! (Start spreading out that seasonal
spending now!) Magazines, wrapping paper,
cookie dough and gift items. The PTA receives
approximately 50% of these profits.
Auction - New in the 2008 - 2009 school year! Yes the auction was an amazing success - Thank you Deanna Crowe, and everyone who helped you pull this great event together. The setting was incredible, the food beautiful and the atmosphere electric. You do not want to miss this event this year. Read the updates for the 2009-2010 Auction.

Target Visa Card and Target Red Card Take Charge of Education Program is simple. Just Visit Target.com or call 1-800-316-6142 and designate Helen Keller Elementary (School ID Number: 105795).
Box Tops for Education - please cut the Box Top for education coupons from the many household items you may already use, print this page, attach the box tops and turn them into the school office. We receive 10 cents for each coupon. That is $2.50 for every filled page! These typically add up to a few hundred dollars a year - and every penny counts! If two sheets per year were filled for every child attending Helen Keller, this would amount to over $1700! Food for thought! This program supports K8 grades. So get anyone you know, with no children in these grades, involved and supporting Helen Keller!
